PIVOTAL LINKS  18th – 19th June 2019

Our annual networking event has grown since its conception in 2010 and is now a unique global partnering event in the life science annual calendar. After a successful 2018 Pivotal Links event, our 2019 event is now taking place over 2 days, 18th – 19th June in Oxford, UK!

Pivotal Links is the only business to business meeting dedicated specifically to life science reagents. The event attracts attendees from the UK, America, Europe and Asia, who all attend with the purpose of making connections and facilitating mutual business growth. In previous years our partnering event has been a one-day affair. However, Pivotal Links 2019 will now cover two days giving our attendees even more networking opportunities:

Day 1 will allow time for ad-hoc meetings facilitated by the Pivotal Scientific team. In the evening of Day 1, a meal will be organised allowing for relaxed, informal networking and a chance to meet the Pivotal Scientific team.

Day 2 will include several industry related presentations, which will be followed by open networking for the remainder of the day. Like day 1, the Pivotal Scientific team will be on-hand to help support introductions and networking.

To make your networking more effective on day 2 we are introducing a half hour slot allocation system. To help with this we are giving the opportunity for you to buy a fixed table at the event so you can arrange your meetings at your location as well as having room to advertise.

The tables will cost £100 and will be numbered as well as branded with your Company logo.

The Pivotal Scientific network is a great platform for interactions within biotech industry with an emphasis on independent companies that like to collaborate and exchange experience. We have had the privilege to give a presentation at the Pivotal Scientific Networking event regarding our contract manufacturing and research services. The possibility to do this in a short (5-minute) pitch form enabled us to present our core expertise and added value. The presentation was immediately followed by a couple of service requests by start-up and scale-up companies at the networking part of this event. This was followed by a couple of contract services and indirect new requests via customers.
