Sales Plan

This element of the business plan will outline your business goals in relation to the selling of your products and services. The sales plan sets out sales targets for your business and identifies the steps you will take to meet your targets. Once a SWOT and competitor analysis have been completed, we will detail out recommendations which may include the business expanding into different target markets or fully focusing on existing business. The sales plan also includes your customers buying habits, key product sales trends and the channels used to purchase your products. It will be designed to sit alongside your marketing plan.

Marketing Plan

Once the business plan has reviewed the company’s current position the sales plan and the marketing plan will be the roadmap of the steps your business will take to reach its objectives. The marketing plan details all communication which will be sent to your customer base. Initially it will do a deep dive into who your target customers are and then ensure that the messages you are sending out via different marketing channels are clear, consistent and targeted to your customer segments.
