Arlington Scientific acquires non-mammalian blocking buffer product line from Clark McDermith

Pivotal Scientific are pleased to announce their involvement in Arlington Scientific, Inc. acquiring the non-mammalian blocking buffer product line from Clark McDermith, former owner of East Coast Bio. During this M&A deal our M&A team represented our long term client, Clark McDermith.

This deal relied on our M&A’s team industry knowledge to not only help ensure the company was presented to the market correctly, but also careful negotiation of the sale was required due to the uniqueness of the product portfolio. The team steered the client through the sale which involved areas such as; trading relationships, distributor partners and other complexities which were only successful due to the M&A teams’ expertise.
