CliniSciences adds to its portfolio of companies

Pivotal Scientific Limited (PSL) is pleased to announce its assistance in the sale of Spanish based Biotechnology company AbBcn S.L. (AntibodyBCN) to the French distribution company CliniSciences. The acquisition will broaden CliniSciences product portfolio for customised production of antibodies and distribution.

AbBcn S.L. approached PSL for assistance in finding potential buyers. PSL used its extensive database and expert knowledge of the global biotech landscape, approached companies looking to buy and facilitated this introduction.
