On behalf of 2BScientific Limited, Pivotal Scientific Limited completed a full review of the Newmarket Scientific Limited business, allowing 2BScientific Limited to effectively assess the opportunity. Pivotal Scientific Limited provided the recommendation to enter into agreement with Newmarket Scientific Limited after identifying the shared client base of both parties and synergies into their diagnostic capabilities.

Pivotal Scientific are pleased for both parties involved in the transaction, having assessed that the acquisition will fit with 2BScientific’s current entity to strengthen its dominance in the UK life science market.
