Having been approached by Fortis with a potential deal, Abcore, who is inexperienced in managing such transactions, sought our guidance to navigate the process effectively. Pivotal Scientific led the negotiation, securing a favourable price and managing the entire sale process from start to finish. We successfully negotiated the terms to obtain a Letter of Intent (LOI) and ensured a smooth transition through to the completion of the sale.
