Nordic-MUbio, a leading manufacturer of immunological reagents is pleased to announce its acquisition of all assets of An Der Grub Bio Research GmbH (ADG). ADG is the manufacturer of FIX & PERM® – a best in class product used in the $3.1bn Flow Cytometry market (BCC Research Report, October 2013) for the fixation and permeabilization of single‐cell suspensions.
The acquisition of ADG further expands the Nordic-MUbio product catalogue after the acquisition of MUbio by Nordic Immunological Labs in February 2013 and consolidates Nordic-MUbio’s position as one of the key upcoming companies in the research reagent market. Nordic-MUbio is a primary manufacturer of antibodies suitable for research in the fields of Cell Biology, Immunology and Flow Cytometry and is renowned for antibodies exhibiting a high level of multi-species reactivity.

ADG’s best-selling product is FIX & PERM® which is used extensively in Flow Cytometry and allows cells to be identified in flow cytometry by their light scatter properties and surface maker expression, while simultaneously being analysed for intracellular antigens. FIX & PERM® and ADG’s other products are already available for sale through Nordic-MUbio and we will be selling them through our distributors and partners located around the world.
